At Black Oak Furniture, we specialize in bespoke, handcrafted furniture. By placing an order, you agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Handcrafted & Customization Disclaimer

Manual Craftsmanship: Since our furniture is handcrafted, minor variations in design, wood grain, texture, and fabric shades are expected.

Measurement Tolerance: A difference of 1 to 2 inches in dimensions is possible due to the nature of manual manufacturing. We are not liable for these minor variations.

2. Delivery & "No Open Parcel" Policy (IMPORTANT)

Secure Packaging: All our products are dispatched in Premium Wood-Packed/Secure Packaging to ensure safety during transit.

No Inspection Before Payment: During delivery, customers are NOT allowed to open the parcel before full payment clearance or signing the receiving.

Reason for Policy: Opening the secure packaging during transit compromises the product's safety. If a parcel is opened and then rejected, the product is often damaged during return handling. Therefore, the seal/packaging must remain intact until the delivery process is officially completed.

3. Damage & Unboxing Protocol (MANDATORY)

Unboxing Video: Since you cannot open the parcel before receiving, the customer MUST record a continuous, unedited video while unboxing the furniture after delivery.

Claims: Without a complete unboxing video showing the original seal being broken and the reported damage, no claims or replacements will be entertained.

4. Order Cancellation & 25% Processing Fee

In-Process Orders: An order cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Non-Refundable Fee: If a cancellation is requested before dispatch, a 25% Non-Refundable Processing Fee will be deducted from the total order value.

5. Delivery Timeline & Liability Disclaimer

Estimated Time: Our standard cycle is 2 to 3 working weeks, but this is an estimate, not a guarantee.

No Business/Mental Loss Claims: Black Oak Furniture is NOT responsible for any business loss, financial loss, or mental/emotional stress caused by delivery delays.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum financial liability is strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the customer for the product. No extra "Harjana" or damages will be paid.
